How do I register for an American Tours vacation?
Registering for an American Tours vacation is easy! We offer several convenient ways to reserve your spot:
• Register online through our secure website.
• Complete and mail a printed Reservation Form.
• Contact our office, and we'll be happy to assist you with the registration process.
Once your registration and deposit are received, you'll receive an email confirmation of your reservation along with additional information about your upcoming vacation.
When should I register for a tour?
We recommend registering as soon as you find a tour you would like to join. Space is limited, and some tours may fill before the registration deadline.
Registration deadlines vary by tour type. Fly & Ride Vacations generally close six months prior to departure, while Motor-Coach Tours generally close two months prior to departure. However, availability may end sooner if a tour reaches capacity.
Registering early gives you the best opportunity to secure your preferred tour and allows plenty of time to prepare for your trip.

When are payments due?
Payment schedules vary by tour and are provided at the time of registration. A deposit is required to reserve your space, with the remaining balance due by the final payment deadline listed for your specific tour.
You may make additional payments toward your balance at any time before the final payment deadline.

What happens after I register?
After you register, you will receive an email confirmation of your reservation, along with important information about your tour, payment schedule, and any additional items that may require your attention.
As your departure date approaches, American Tours will continue to provide important updates (by email) and travel information to help you prepare for your vacation. A final Travel Package will be mailed 21 days prior to departure that may include final itinerary details, departure information, travel documents, packing reminders, and other tour-specific instructions.
Simply watch for communications from American Tours, complete any requested items by their deadlines, and get ready to enjoy your trip!
